Spinning®

At Base Body Fitness, we follow the original indoor cycling programme: Spinning®.

Spinning® is more than a workout: it’s a philosophy. At its core, Spinning® is a journey to health and fitness, an opportunity for you to not only experience an incredible training programme, but also personal challenge, camaraderie and energy; all at your own pace.

Whatever you ride to get stronger, lose weight, nurture your body and spirit, get fit, sweat out the events of the day or reinvent yourself, Spinning® is your own ride. With our schedule Spinning® classes, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

We, at Base Body Fitness, are an official Spinning® Centre. Our Spinning® Studio is equipped with the latest ranges of bikes: the SPINNER NXT.

You only need to bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle and a towel. Padded cycling shorts and cycling shoes make your ride more comfortable. We recommend you to bring a heart rate monitor, so you can follow the terrain chosen by your coach; a heart rate monitor will show you how your heart is performing and how many calories and fat you burn during your Spinning® session.

Spinning® classes are included on our monthly memberships but you don’t need to be a member to join our classes: just pay £4.50 per session. Please give us a ring on 01782 313 550 to book your bike (T&C’s applies).
