With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun.

At Base Body Fitness we have a specialist Spinning studio that’s equipped with the latest ranges of bikes: the SPINNER NXT. Our Spinning studio is also fully equipped with beat sensitive disco lights, a 1000W sound system and has six 12 inch fans and four air conditioning units to keep the room temperature as comfortable as possible.
