It goes without saying everyone wants to get the most out of their workout. That's where personal training advice can help. With our guidance and programs, your sessions will be more productive and you can burn up to twice as many calories. It's a brilliant way to get where you want to be, faster.

At Base Body Fitness we don't believe that you should pay for membership and then be charged extra for advice and training programs. Our membership fees are some of the lowest around and they include a full work out program and training guidance.

Fitness sessions with a difference.
From your first session where you tell us your goals, you'll soon begin to feel the difference of training with a personalized program tailored to suit your health and personal goals.

  • sessions can be individual or as part of a group of up to four people

Looking after the health of young and old
There is no age limit to caring for your body and mind. Our current members range from 15 to 75 Years of age and we do not restrict ladies or gentlemen beyond 75 either. Providing you have checked with your doctor and he / she can see no medical reason for you not to exercise, we can arrange a consultation. Following which, we will provide you with an exercise program to improve your mobility and well-being.

Younger members are accepted from the age of 15 and strict control of weight use is restricted for health and safety reasons.

Spinning and cardiovascular exercise programs are set to improve health and weight control programs for the young members under the age of 18.

Resistance training using weight can be programmed for the over 16 year of age youth, dependant on build and level of fitness. Health and safety are the key words at Base Body Fitness for all members regardless of age and experience.
