Fitness Classes

To make your workout more effective and more fun, at Base Body Fitness we run fitness classes to help you reach your goals safe, fast and in a fun way.

Outdoor circuit training:
A combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the programme. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Usually, the time between exercises is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

An excellent and fun way to get fit and lose those extra kilos.

Tuesday at 7pm

Abdominal circuit training

A 30 minutes session dedicated just to your abdominals to make your tummy tone and define and reach for those desire six pack.
Monday and Wednesday at 7pm

Activity mornings

Especially designed for the over 50's and those who want a more gentle approach to fitness. A weekly programme design to help you get fit, lose weight, tone your body and, above all, feel great.

  • Monday: outdoor walks in Park Hall Country Park
  • Wednesday: resistance training in the gym
  • Friday: Power Plate vibration training

Mornings at 10am.
